Helthier Life

What I try for health is taking walk. I don't like hard walk. Taking walk is easy for me. I usually walk 30 minute per day. I always listen to music of iPod as I walk. So It is very comfortable for me. I am lack of exercise. I will continue taking walking.

  1. I like to walk, too. I uaually walk at least 30 minutes, just goint to and from my home and school or shopping.
